Snow White Says 'No'

It has been said by many

I live the life of Snow White

The squirrels and the birds

Nibble nuts and take flight

The trees that surround

Are filled with their glee

They stop by for snacks

And an occasional pee

Even the moose

Who are feared by so many

Have taken up residence

Eating apples a plenty

This castle and its keepers

Fill their days with love

And live every moment

As a gift from above

Snow White and her critters

Live a life free of clutter

So it shouldn’t surprise you

Politics make them shutter

They do not judge

The actions of others

Political preferences

Or the gender of their lover

Covid arrived

And masks were adorned

Vaccines were concocted

And politicians scorned

Snow White and her critters

Stayed far away

From the clamor and the noise

And the social decay

She has chosen a life

that is tranquil and serene

She has even decided

To say ‘no’ to the vaccine.

She would rather be kicked

In the head by a moose

Than injected with a syringe

Full of pharmaceutical juice.

But that's just her opinion..:)
